ROOT: A Group for Women is a twelve-week supportive experience that offers survivors the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills they need to lessen the impact of abuse on their lives. If you have experienced intimate partner or sexual violence, please join us. Lay a foundation for healing.

 

Participants will learn about the consequences of abuse on the body and mind, discover body-based and sensory relaxation techniques, and explore opportunities for future growth while bonding with other women.
